Investor: OOO UK Technopark AETZ Project implementation year: 2023 The reconstruction of the OOO AETZ administrative building of has been finished. The building now houses the Employment Center, Social Security Department, trade, and service facilities, providing more comfortable conditions for visitors. Moreover, there are plans to establish a co-working center within the building, serving as a creative space for design laboratories focusing on IT technologies in communication, industrial, interior, and advertising design.
