Veniamin Kondratyev opened the 35th YugBuild anniversary exhibition in Krasnodar

An international exhibition of finishing and building materials, engineering equipment, and architectural design is located on the premises of Expograd-Yug Center. The Governor of Kuban, Veniamin Kondratyev, extended a warm welcome to the participants.

"YugBuild exhibition is a key event for construction industry professionals, those who enhance quality of life by building bridges, paving roads, and creating recreational spaces, embankments, and entire neighborhoods. Each year, the Krasnodar Region brings about six million square meters of housing into operation," Kondratyev noted.

He highlighted that the vast majority of construction materials used in the region are locally produced, eliminating the need for imports. With over 3,000 enterprises operating within its borders, the Krasnodar Region meets its demand for nearly all types of construction products.

For the 35th time, the exhibition brings together the key players in the construction market and developers of cutting-edge technologies. This year, the exhibition welcomed around 80 Kuban companies, showcasing a diverse array of goods including workwear, equipment for boiler and sewage treatment plants, elevators, chimneys, building mixtures, and finishing materials. About 290 leading manufacturers from Russia and other countries showcase their products across an area of 18,000 square meters.

YugBuild stands is the largest industry exhibition in Southern Russia, attracting specialists from both domestic and international construction companies each year. In 2024, the event welcomed over 10,500 visitors.
