Governor of Krasnodar Region Veniamin Kondratyev spoke about the region’s delegation work at SPIEF 2025.
«At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Krasnodar Region signed dozens of agreements totaling 470 billion rubles. These projects cover the resort and spa sector, agro-industrial complex, and industry. I am grateful to all our partners for steps toward cooperation,» Kondratyev said.
At SPIEF, the Krasnodar Region delegation, led by Governor Kondratyev, signed a series of cooperation agreements.
Among the signed deals are agreements on constructing a hotel resort and sanatorium in Sochi; creating a new tourism cluster in Gelendzhik city-resort; large-scale renovation of the resort in Anapa Resort Town; building three premium wellness facilities in Goryachiy Klyuch district, Mostovskoy district, and the village of Kabardinka in Gelendzhik; constructing three five-star hotels and a children’s camp in Anapa; modernizing the Afipsky oil refinery and transshipment facilities at the seaports of Taman and Novorossiysk; building Russia’s only deep-water terminal in the Hero City of Novorossiysk; expanding the Udarnaya thermal power plant in Krymsky district; and opening and expanding five import-substituting manufacturing companies in Severskaya district, Armavir city, Belorechensk, and Krasnodar city. Krasnodar will also host the country’s first creative production cluster for 30 companies.
