The first phase of the industrial park construction is implemented in Krasnodar

Prospects for the development of the «Dega-Krasnodar» Industrial Park, which will be located in the Eastern Industrial Zone, were discussed at the meeting of Veniamin Kondratyev with Gabriel Gantner, a partner of Dega Group, a Swiss development company.

A Cooperation Agreement between the Regional Administration and Dega Development on the construction of the Industrial Park in the regional capital was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2017. Today, Gabriel Gantner presented the concept for the implementation of the first stage of the Industrial Park on a site of 66.4 hectare with the prospect of increasing the area to 330 hectares.

According to him, enterprises of the processing, consumer goods and medical industries, as well as wood processing, agricultural machinery and logistic terminals will be located here.

- At present day, we have a clear plan for the project implementation. And we conduct technical analysis of the development of engineering infrastructure, and in parallel, we work for attracting residents,  Gabriel Gantner said and emphasized that Russian companies have already shown their interest.

Veniamin Kondratyev accentuated that about 300 enterprises with participation of foreign capital from more than 30 countries of the world have been already successfully operating in the region and expressed his confidence that the experience and international reputation of the company in the field of construction and development of Industrial Parks will help create a new growth point in the sphere of industry in the region.

Currently, Krasnodar Region Development Corporation, CJSC in cooperation with Dega Development, LLC, a Russian company belonging to Degas Group, a Swiss holding company, carries out the implementation of the project for the construction of the Eastern Industrial Zone. Dega Development has been engaged in the creation and development of Industrial Parks of the European level for more than 10 years.
