The Municipal Formation Armavir City plans to construct a cottage community
The Municipal Formation Armavir City offers investors to take part in the creation of a cottage estate in the Severnyi Residential District.
The aim of the project is to develop a new experimental residential district with the following design capacity: four three-storey 50-apartment townhouses and three hundred individual residential cottages. The total area of the residential properties will be 22,080 m2 in the townhouses and 75,000 m2 in cottages. In addition, the two parking lots for 300 cars for private transport residents of apartment buildings, and children’s sports and playgrounds in the courtyard areas are planned to be constructed.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 405 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 2.8 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 83 new jobs.
A land plot of 110,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Armavir city, Severnyi Residental District. There is a local road, access road of Armavir city (adjoining road), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 7.8 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 250 km.
The distance to the nearest railway stations of Armavir-1 and Аrmavir-2 is 2.3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 200 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 360 km.
