The Municipal Formation Armavir City offers to implement a large-scale investment project in the processing industry.

The Administration of the Municipal Formation Armavir City searches for investors for the implementation of a large-scale investment project – it is planned to construct a complex for primary processing and wholesale and retail sales of agricultural products in the district. As it is planned, an acceptance, testing, certification, primary processing and storage of vegetable and meat products from farms and private subsidiary plots will be carried out here. According to preliminary calculations, the complex will be able to receive and process 55 thousand tons of meat and 65 thousand tons of vegetable products per year. The project is focused primarily on private subsidiary plots and farms.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 700 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 600 new jobs.

A land plot of 82,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Armavir city, near the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz". There is a local road, "Armavir city – Otradnaya Cossack village" (0.8 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 0 km (adjoining road).
