Fanagoriya’s Wines Won Five Medals at the Prestigious AWC Vienna 2018 International Competition

The Vienna competition is the largest officially recognized wine competition. 12,400 samples from manufacturers of 39 countries were presented at the exhibition this year.

Fanagoriya, a wine producer from the Temryuk District, took part in AWC Vienna for the sixth time, and won awards again.

Muscat Ottonel, a young sparkling brut white wine, was awarded a gold medal this year.

Four wine brands: 100 Shades of Red Saperavi 2016, a dry red wine; 100 Shades of White Chardonnay 2016, a dry white wine; sparkling Fanagoriya, a brut pink wine; and Kagor 2016, a liqueur – were awarded a silver medal this year.

In addition, Cru Lermont Riesling 2016, dry white wine, was awarded a diploma for high quality.

It should be noted that AWC Vienna sets the criteria for the most popular tasting competitions in the world. 1,716 enterprises became its participants in 2018.
