Delimobil, a Car Sharing Service, Was Started in Krasnodar

Delimobile, an international service of per-minute mobile lease (car sharing), has been officially started in Krasnodar today.

The city became the ninth, where the company implemented a car sharing project. At the same time, Micro Capital Group, a main owner of the service, plans to bring the total number of cities to 15 by the end of the year.

According to the service, Delimobile will begin operating in Krasnodar with 50 Hyundai Solaris, the cost of a rent per minute will be the same as in other Russian cities. A car can be ordered through the mobile application.

By the end of this year, Micro Capital Group plans to increase the total service park in all cities from 3 to 5 thousand cars, and the company’s total investment in Delimobil is estimated to be 100 million €.

Approximately 1 thousand cars of car sharing will be per 1 thousand inhabitants of the city. Thus, the market capacity of Krasnodar can be 1,000-1,300 cars.

Delimobile is the first draft of the car sharing project opened in the Russian Federation in 2015. Currently the service operates in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara, Ufa, Nizhniy Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Groznyi, Novosibirsk and Krasnodar.
