A large-scale agrarian investment project is planned to be implemented in Armavir

The Municipal Formation invites investors to take part in the construction of a complex for cultivation, processing, packaging and storage of vegetables.

The Municipal Formation Armavir City of the Krasnodar Region plans to implement a large-scale investment project. In particular, it is planned to arrange the construction of the complex for growing, processing, packaging and storing vegetables. In this case, the cultivation of vegetables will be conducted using a hydroponic method. It provides for the periodic supply of nutrient solution to the root system of plants. Such a method allows increasing the productivity and also positively affects the quality of growing vegetables. According to preliminary estimates, the complex will produce up to 11,700 tons of agricultural products per year, which is expected to be sold to enterprises of the wholesale, retail trade network and public catering of the Southern Federal District.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 800 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 4.2 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 120 new jobs.

A land plot of 350,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Armavir city. There is a local road, "Armavir city – Otradnaya Cossack village" (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 1 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 250 km.

The distance to the nearest railway stations of Armavir-1 and Àrmavir-2 is 9 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 200 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 360 km.
