Project essence The project involves construction of a plant for processing and preservation of fruits and vegetables.
The new plant will be equipped with equipment of leading European companies. Special attention will be given to quality control of incoming raw materials and finished products.
Production technology of vegetable and fruit canned food will ensure the efficient use of raw materials, the preservation of its nutrients during processing, threading production.
Design capacity In the vegetable shop - vacuum-evaporating plant, for a total capacity of processing 20 tons of vegetables./day, which allows the plant to process annually up to 7 500 tons.In the jam-cooking, vegetable, installed equipment that can produce pickles, preserves, jams, jellies and purees. The capacities of these shops allow to process for the year to 1,800 tonnes of fruits.Warehouses allow to accept all generated products, zaatakowali, packaged in shrink-wrap and ship to consumers.Fruit and vegetable preservation factory is expected to produce only guests.
